Attacking Traders

[The Damned]

Actually pirates (especially the most successful ones) from the golden era of piracy , have used even stolen galleons - so i don't see a reason for a pirate not to use a BS. On the other hand - in asteroid fieds a trader can very easily slip the BS. ANd usually pirates use fast , manuvarable and deadly ships - so maybe again its the middle class ships wich may offer the best for a pirate - crusers/ gunboats.
But lets not forget the fighters - every1 has a choice. - Best chance of catching a trader is in a fighter , But the lack of firepower will take more than enough for the trader to survive / escape. Then again its personal choice.
Pirates can use everything they hae earned - i think there isn't a big problem there - everything has its + and its - .
