My family,
As you lately noticed, our main facility known as Livadia Shipyard have been moved to more suitful and secured region of Omicron-74, aswell reconstructed and growed, for our needs of repairs and construction capital homeships known as Nephilims.
On this account, administrating attachment known as Livadia Palace no more reasonable, after modification of the shipyard. I thought for long what we could do with the Palace, to find out new usage. Sadly, we cannot leave it with current shape, as shipyard now full self-functional.
However Phoenix Spaceport need so called independence from logistics, as Nomad raids could cut off the base for a long period of time, before next transports could come.

Thereby everything that could be used on Spaceport: hull, electronics, bearing structure have been unmounted from the Palace and shipped on transports to the Spaceport.

Watch out, Livadiua Palace on decommission. Base construction platform already on way to deconstruction site.
