I dislike the idea of a police defaulting on things it does not understand as hostile.
Even if they'd never seen a GC before, the GC would probably be green to them, because of the way a GC has to get repped (fighting KNF/KSP). Now, that's not OORP, not at all, and they should consider people who are behaving well as freindlies, and not someone to be persecuted, even if they're not sure where those people are from.
