Voluntarily - yes, and I will participate in as I did before. Mandatory - no and forget about it. Have a concern about a faction - put it up yourself, whether its an old faction or new faction or whatever, I see nothing wrong in that for as long as you can formulate your concern in appropriate form and keep constructive suggestions along. Forums are there to discuss, use it accordingly. It's going in circles, my concerns are yet to be replied (and no, I need actual answers, no pointing out at threads, that's not an answer I was asking for), so for now I'm done about it.
