I Nikolaus Muschkat hereby am requesting funding for the purpose of upgrading my ship armor to deal with the more hostile regions and people and to better enable the protection of my crew while flying our colors. The Total amount of 900,000,000sc has already been wired via our president and an agreement hammered out to match said money. I can pay this off at 150,000,000sc a payment, payable to the vessel from which it came unless I am otherwise instructed by you, Our finance department or president. If there is any interest or details that need to be changed then please do so when making the formal grant. Thank you.
