N Key Rollover is where "N" stands for the number of key's your keyboard can register properly simultaneously. My old gaming Keyboard had 10-Key Rollover. Meaning it could properly understand and execute 10 simultaneous commands.

I am getting a new Keyboard though. Bought this one not knowing there would be a difference.
