Katagawa was watching the conversation unfold, when from the wall came a chime, then another. On the wall, a clock announced the the hour of the Rat. Seeing a break in the conversation due to the chime of the clock, Katagawa addressed the meeting.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, your input and opinions have proven fruitful, and we hope that all be considered by the Association present here today. I would like to declare a small break for everyone to get some rest and gather their thoughts of what we have learned here today. Food and drinks have been made available at the lobby, the same for quarters for those who wish to retire for the night."
With a measured pause, he added. "The meeting shall recommence at the hour of the Dragon, as the sun rises on the settlement in Miyazaki."
With that, various members of the Association began moving, some heading to the buffet, others gathering in groups to discuss more closed matters. Here and there, some rival syndicates threw challenging glances at each other, playing their games of challenge, daring and shaming without blood spill.
The Fisherman gathered his documents, and handed them to Hebishima. Heading to a guest lobby with his assistant in tow, he occupied a seat at a table, perhaps pondering future strategies.
