Bad starts don't always mean bad endings. So we have two solutions.

1. Either relax the RP a little, allow some flexibility with the odd YANF slipping through here and there.

2. Or we review all the factions that didn't go through the stringent regulations brought in by the admins to curb YANF's

Two clear choices, and none others in my view. Mixing them smells something bad too, but if there are other workable and fair solutions, then I would like to hear them.
