Since he hires my Akapai, I can't use non-generic ID here, as either it gives limitations on ZoI or it is forbidden to do so by lines themselves to cooperate with Freelancer IFF player.

if you are freelancer iff ed and pirate id ed - why shouldnt you kill or pirate a freelancer with freelancer id? you are a pirate ! Well you may loose your iff when killing npc's but you will stay a pirate.
