If you are pointing out my Akapai roleplay, which is a very good roleplay, justified with months of roleplay background - compared to those Pirate ID "gimme 10 or dai, imma piaret", please look somewhere else. Just ask TheUnforgiven about the level of my roleplay, when being on Akapai. Change is ID just made some actions impossible for current roleplay and both Akapai and Argo must change their IDs to be able to hunt down certain target with bounties.
With change of Pirate ID, we are simply unable to pick up on the Unione Corse and Hogosha (they do not use transports), and using Junker ID for that (given I have Kusari character) -will- be frowned upon by other players. Both ships, Argo and Akapai, are affiliated with no one.
As far as I am concerned, rulewise, Pirate ID is unable to claim a bounty, despite being generic ID, because there is no line they can do that in the first place.
If you apparently have months of good RP with your character then make an SRP request for it and grab a SpecOps ID.
This is what Argo has, but SpecOps ID must follow ruleset on the basis of IFF they bear (he had FL/Pirate ID ruleset mixture because of Freelancer IFF, but now his SRP is void as Pirate ID is unable to hunt down authorities). This means it doesn't change much, because it is like picking up non-generic ID and you must follow all the lines and the ZoI of the faction you have on IFF as if you had the certain ID.
