Reason for request:Liberty Police Incorporated is looking to expand its fleet of capital class warships. Due to the high crime rate throughout Liberty we feel the addition of heavier warships will allow us to be more effective in ensuring the internal security of the Republic of Liberty.
Though we have the Leavenworth which is a mighty ship it has proven inadequate without a support fleet. Having learned this lesson the hard way we have started a complete reorganization of our fleet structure. In the past we have operated our SWAT vessels on an individual basis. We are now combining all our heavy support into the newly created Blackwatch Fleet. This fleet will be called into action whenever the Republic is threatened.
The Blackwatch Fleet will be led by the LPI-Leavenworth which is a state of the art Liberty "Overlord"-class Dreadnought and will also contain the following support fleet.

(Equipped with experimental weapons and cloaking technology)
LPI-SWAT-J.Valent[W]
LPI-BW-JUSTICE
1x Repair ship
LPI-R&A-Rehabilitation
The Blackwatch Fleet will become a potent weapon for Liberty Police Incorporated. In honor of our close ties with the Navy we have decided to name this vessel after Former Admiral Polstari.
