Weird idea of making Disco a lil more realistic

So... We've come up with some 'friends' from Shoutbox, lol yea we were literally discussing this on Shoutbox about another idea which wasn't proposed in this thread.

It's about the Ship Insurance idea which you probably have heared from SC already.

yeah it would!

Given the idea of when you have an insurance on your ship, you wouldn't loose it when you die, but from the money you payed for the insurance you get a "new" one, so you don't loose your ship but instead the Insurance would give you a new one.

So if you wouldn't be having the insurance and die, you would loose your ship like a 'real' death, which in Freelancer would mean you'd loose the Char, or maybe respawn as a Civilian Shuttle instead. But if you have an Insurance, you would respawn like usual by auto-paying a small fee (Not the usual ship price, way cheaper as example for the price when you would sell it on NPC Bases, that's why most of you sell it on forums, because on NPC bases you can't sell it for a good price, that price could be the Fee.)

Anymore ideas regarding this, would love to hear.
