Remove pulses from gates and stations?

Just return to CAPS CAN'T PIRATE policy, omg. Change was stupid in the first place, encouraging tears and capwhority.

Kind of agree. Cruisers and transports are two classes that simply cannot be balanced against each other.
And while gate pulses may discourage cruisers lurking at them, they're plenty annoying on any other ship class that's hostile to the gate.

I've always been against them and I still am now.
