Greetings family, this is brother Gordian speaking.
I am submitting post-event injury report for station administration and Phoenix members inspection.
Before the attack medical bay was taking care of only ten patients with minor wounds - just before long range scanners detected Nomad ships and lockdown was initiated. However station medical supplies before event was listed as 'near full', at this very moment we're nearly out of stock of even most basic materials. List of them was already listed by me at station administrator office.
List of injuries (categorized):
- minor to moderate injuries: 25, 1 station residents, 24 temporary visitors - first and second degree burns, cuts and penetrating (minor) trauma, electrocution;
- serious to severe injuries: 13, 3 station residents, 10 temporary visitors - third degree burns, fractures, blast and blunt trauma;
- critical injuries: 3, 1 stations resident: abdominal crush injury, 2 temporary visitors: head ballistic trauma and chest penetrating trauma.
Total count:
Injured:41
I personally taken care of patients in critical condition ensuring they will survive until more medical supplies will be forwarded from nearest Freeports, however it was beyond my power to help patient with head injury as it is not my area of expertise. I sent a message to my colleague, specialist in head and brain trauma, currently residing at Freeport 9 to travel here and help me with injured. As you are reviewing this report, he is probably already aboard Freeport 11.
As for now, I am responding to deep space distress signal located few astronomical units away from Omicron Delta. Thanks to captain of 'Southern Cross' old friend of mine, and his ship, I will be able to reach it and come back safely and fast in matter of few next days.
