Guten Tag, pilots. As I hope you can tell this isn't some friendly invitation to a tea party, in fact it's nothing close to friendly, but far worse. Rheinland Military High Command along with many other RM pilots have noticed the obvious and insulting lack of discipline and authority from RHMFleet and Independent Military pilots that have been flying around Rheinland space.
This ends now.
With authorization from the Chancellor and the rest of RMHC, new laws have been set within Rheinland space. It is unfortunate to have to put these laws into place but they are required in order to keep things in their proper place.
To begin, our previous laws stated that all Battleship class ships other then Rheinlands were banned from Rheinland space. Well, this changes now. All RHMFleet, Independent, (and whatever the hell else is flying around) battleships are here by BANNED from Rheinland space altogether, other then [RM] official authorized ships. Those being the Alzette, the Krieg, and the Westphalia. All other battleship class vessels will have one, and only one chance to remove themselves from Rheinland space or their ships will be executed.
Next, previous laws stated that all Cruiser class ships were to keep a minimum of a 10k distance from any and all Rheinland based planets other then Rheinlands own. This now changes. All Rheinland Cruiser classed ships (other then RM official) are to keep a 10k distance from our planets and are to give a full report on how they acquired one of our Cruiser class ships. Attempting to disobeying this order or giving some form of a bogus story will result in removal from Rheinland space, in any shape or form that is required.
Another, is Gunboat, Bomber, and Fighter class ships do have permission to guard our planets, but just as the Cruiser class ships, you will require to give a full report on how you acquired your ship. Our ship dealers on Oder and many of our other shipyards have reported stolen ships, we will not let this continue.
And last, this one being most important. I have received reports that independent Military ships are attempting to enforce our laws, but are enforcing either fake or completely misinterpreted versions of them. So as the usual laws we enforce with independents, you must remember you are ONLY under a defensive contract within Rheinland space. That's it. You will not give out orders of any kind, you will not attempt to enforce our laws, you will not doing anything other then defend Rheinland against hostile scum. We have had far to many problems in the past with pilots attempting to take control on their own, and almost destroying Rheinlands reputation. We will not let this happen again, and it's why these laws are put in to place.
Note that these laws are not only placed on Rheinland Independents, but every other organization that believes they are a part of Rheinland's Military. (Excluding the Rheinland Federal Police) - This message is being directed to one of those organizations, any others should receive it as well.
This is Rheinland. Not Bretonia, not Kusari, not Liberty, Rheinland! Rules are made, laws are enforced, discipline is key. These are the facts, either accept them or get out.
