Sorta like what the Rheinland bridge officers felt during Twilight of peace when Dab kinda... "Overloaded" their brains... Really he made the mind think their was intense pain and that the body was dieing. And the mind died off. Leaving the body to die as well. Then there is the powered down version where the person is just injured and unconscious instead of dead...
