So Chopper based on that logic (if you want to call it that) then a lot of pirates would not be flying around in those nifty bombers during that time either as only 1 faction had the right to fly them. I didnt hear anyone pointing that little fact out at the time. Or in your opinion its ok for unlawfuls to do things that would be out of RP but its not alright for lawfuls to. Sounds very much like a unlawful doing most the complaining in order to gain an unfair advantage.

AHEM, I'd like to point out that what ANYONE can do, unlawful/lawful/quasi-lawful/mind-controlling-cephalopod or otherwise, is based on RP. Most of it is pretty easy- Liberty Navy basically get a de-facto 'okay' RP-wise for navy ships, because... I mean, come on, it's explicitly their ships and the NPCs fly them etc. Same goes for Bounty Hunters, you would have to be one insane RP-er to get anyone able to yell at you for flying your own gorram ships... When it isn't so obvious, however, put RP behind it. If there is good RP behind it, it's usually better than vanilla backgrounds. This goes for Gaians using Corsair equipment as well as LPI using the Ageira Bomber- it's reasonable, but there needs to be (and usually is) more than 'well that equipment is better'.

I think I can say that I represent everyone not DW in this thread when I say "Produce RP for it, it's all good. Otherwise, scrap 'em."

If you'll check Tinkerbell's sanctions and stuff, rules = serious business for ships. You are expected to do your RP duty no matter how expensive it is. The fact that some people offered to help you along if you give a respectable, honest apology for attitude and humble request is quite nice, but not required. Do your job, and set a good example to the rest of the server like official factions are supposed to, whether you get to justifying your capships or replacing them. That's your call, but it needs to be done.
