Due to recent escalated conflicts with the Xenos in Texas and other factors such as this attack on one of our transports, our group is looking to expand our defensive options. In order to do this and as a show of good faith and support to the Liberty Navy we would like to request the construction and purchase of four (4) transport cloaks. At least with the Navy the funding will be put to good use.
