My suggestion would be to hold it in Kansas as it's near both Liberty and Bretonia. It's also away from lanes/house-space and there's no stations/npcs that could be hostile to either faction.

I would have to agree with this. Would be pretty cool. We can both have a Battleship or something like that to act like command and control points as well as repair stations.
