A lot of factions in disco field ships they shouldn't afford realistically.

Would it be fair to target only one of them?

Those factions have at least some way of getting resources, Order is in the back end of nowhere with no friends and no resources.

Still does not justify how they got those caps over the night. Nor how they were able to field and build so many in such a little time.

Construction of ships gets handaved in disco I'm pretty sure.

The official in lore explanation is probably "Wizards did it."
