Kishiro here. Well, This is something that I have discussed with Samura and without giving too much information we have agreed to balance the checks. However, I did not have a chat with the dev responsible for this. It is not in dispute that Samura is heavily buffed in terms of planets and bonuses and so on - I know precisely how to balance this out and i will attempt to contact the dev in the charge to seek ways to better our faction.
