Although Daumann might deal with issues through mercenaries, the point being made is that there is nothing INRP showing that intention other then a posting on a bounty board. Also if OSI is banned from Rheinland Space, why should it bother Daumann? Id understand hunting OSI ships within Rheinland Space and its boarders, but anywhere else? a little iffy on that one.
