As always, the Rhienland Federal Police will respect your honorable orders. However, since our objective to defend the populace of Rheinland is paramount, I will not order my officers to enforce your edict with violence. We will order the offenders to leave and upon failure to do so my officers are to inform the [RM] as soon as possible. The use of force by the RFP will only be used in the events of self defense or in defense of citizens or other official military or police units.
