I don't agree with the fluff text. Why independent pirates? And why the line talking about acting for own benefit? It adds nothing and limits RP. I was going to post my new faction write up tonight for which I chose the pirate ID and its a faction that basically steals from the rich to give to the ones in need, the poor, the weak and also those politically close to us. This doesn't match this fluff text.

Let me guess, it will be called [RHA], meaning Robin Hood Alliance.

Remember Samarrans? Their ID was such as yours, still they were acting on their own. Not because they were violators, but because their RP prevailed over ID.

These two lines contradict themselves.

The exception for PTrain was always there.

Considering it adds more flexiblity to the Pirate, I'm not sure what you are complaining about either. We can go back to the original nerf if you don't like change.

C'mon, old one was more flexible. Now you allow them to rob anyone they see in case it's outside House space, but why would a pirate desire to rob a bunter/navy/whatever enforcer containing nothing of value?
