To be honest: While it was not a good fight, and Outcast players likely regret they took the time to fly over, it also was not sooooo different from what home system raids normally look.
And, to defend Pepe/TBH leadership a little: He tried in group, even yelled on systems in capital letters to somehow keep it from becoming totally bad. I even congratulated him in group channel for trying so hard to somehow keep control (which however was just impossible).
And another thing: It was not such uneven numbers, especially in the beginning stages. But no attacking force can survive losing 2 snubs to GB razors in like 1 minute. Even then, you still had 1 GB and 1 Cruiser more than the Sairs for quite some time before overwhelming numbers arrived. So... it was not a huge gank in the beginning.
Ofc, the defenders in a home system have the logging-reinforcement advantage and the raid ended as every home system raid ends (at least when I am in): a rather large gank, which the defending side justifies as "cleaning up" and "it's a home system" normally. Feels crappy every time on the receiving end, though - been there often enough in Alpha.
Hugging bases and planets... ye. Not cool. Has been addressed, and will never fully work (as you know yourself).
After you yelled how crappy TBH is, and assuming all of that "worst faction!" is right, at least TBH has one virtue: we did not go to Outcast feedback threads for what they did during the last Sair Alpha raids. There would have been more stuff, worse stuff, and a lot more reason to complain than in this one.
