Go back and look at the screens that you linked. We are talking about the XA guy right? He said more than you make out. He even gave a little speech. Plenty more than enough to signal a Pvp engagement. It appears that you have snipped this down to a 321die thing when it was just a Xeno reacting - inRP - how he would have reacted to any Junker carting Artifacts in Liberty according to those screens you linked. We aren't responsible for the guy who actually got the kill message in your screen.
The faction member will be spoken to through private channels regarding this and the matter is being discussed internally.
