If you haven't butted in with your "oh, 343 so lame, hurr durr,", perhaps we would think something out instead during the battle. Not to mention I witnessed on which two or three other GRN capitals arrived, harassing Allied forces, to which we lost at least one Council cruiser.
Our bomber tactic is our own tactic, it still needs polishing, but so far it was proven able to cause massive damage. There's something like Ace In The Sleeve, and 343 was to avoid fight until cap would arrive, hitting them from up-behind or down-behind, since fighters were busy with other ships. We were to wait, watch the fight. You didn't give us a chance, moreover, you wanted to use our bombers as a bait - knowing they WILL NOT survive engagement, being an easy bait and blues for the enemy.
Waiting for perfect time to strike patiently and watching battle from above to make decision if to attack or withdraw - this is called tactic and strategy. Otherwise, it's wasting military potential.
It can easily look like lack of team skills if people expect you to operate as a part of a team, not a separate team in itself, and cooperate with the rest of our side, only to see expectations fail. It can also easily look like ignorance if the rest of our side has to tell you that it will be a (mostly) snub fight and change your god damn whole squaron of bombers to fighters (even if partially only) for like twenty minutes, and you finally do so right when the event starts.
Next time maybe you could inform the rest of the anti-GRN side prior to the event about "your tactic", and that we should not count on you much until caps arrive, if at all.
