David walked into the Communications room on Sevastopol and saw the guard sleeping at the desk in front of the computer where the screen was blinking about two new messages. Throwing the guard to the floor waking him up he sat down and opened the transmissions.

Why we should grant your desired clearance:

The Rosenkov Technology is interested recently into mapping certain systems for valuable resources, anomalies and stellar bodies. Please note that most valuable and fragile information about defences or/and restricted area will not be included in the survey and will be deleted upon being errorously noted. Project Columbus is an independent deep space exploration and survey effort, financed by Mr Rosenkov and funded by Rostech itself. The survey mission, accompanied by optional Coalition escort, will take three to four days.


[1]Note that request will only regard yellow zone around planet, without docking clearance on the bases around it, as Rostech is interested only in space survey. On the request of the Coalition Command, due to understandable security measures, YELLOW clearance can be replaced with a GREEN one. All information about the bases and other instalations belonging to Coalition or SCRA may be removed from final survey, as they offer no interest to the Columbus exploration mission.

He waited for a response suddenly there was a ping with a return message alert

"Mr Crowely, this is Warner, that's a negatory on the kill-order, subject may proceed however under heavy restriction, a mandatory escort by SCRA forces to prevent high-intensity scans of Coalition defenses and equipment will be required. Warner Out."

Huh, Well No clue what he has planned but orders are orders.

Now many people are about to do what you are about to do. Your request to enter Omega 52 is Granted with the following exceptions:

1- You will never enter Omega 52 alone
2- You will be escorted with no less then 1 Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army vessel of equal or greater size then your own.
3- You will not take any detailed scans of Coalition Facilities
4- You will give a 24 hour notice via the Neural Net.
5- Violation of any of these terms will result in immediate destruction of your vessel, and the labeling of Rosenkov Assets as enemies of the Peoples Republic, and thus subject to destruction.

If that is acceptable then you can consider your request Approved.

David tapped the screen and and it went dark he then got up and left the room grumbling about people not doing their jobs.
