Official factions are guardians of the reputation of their NPC faction in general, and should always seek to act in ways that cause it to be respected.

 

Official factions that are attempting to represent the entirety of a NPC affiliation have the responsibility to be caretakers of the history and evolving storyline of the NPC faction.

Having OORP agreements with the Junker Marauders, by letting them to freely hunt your NPC faction (indies) that [ALG] claims to represent and in return not hunting official ALG is something which is both against the responsibilities of the official factions but also heavily frowned upon by the community.

I'm a little confused as to what you're asking here.
The agreement we have with JM is inRP, I'll happily dig up relevant threads if you wish to see them. And there is no agreement to let them "freely hunt" our indies, but unless we happen to be around in the same area at the same time or we are contacted about it inRP on the forums or in game, there isn't much we can do about it.
If an indie that isn't of the "jsut kill me pirat" nature gets pirated and contacts us, we'll be happy to take action.
