*Miles casually ignores the somewhat annoyed face of Dickins. enters through the door, and looks about the room. His eyes immediately jump to Bowex Director Mac'Millan. If he'd been allowed to bring a pistol, it's quite possible he'd have already drawn and shot, but seeing as he already had plenty of other axes to grind with these aristocratic toadies, he figured he'd settle that score where it belonged: out in space, in the cold blackness.

Then his eyes jumped over to Piett and Lord Jarrow. Hmm....

He spots Admiral Brooks over by the courtyard window.... HMM.....

"In the meanwhile" he thought as he straightened his tie and jacket, "best just to listen to what these sycophants have to say and then get back to business."
