As far as I'm aware the Gaian Wildlife is illegal in all houses. The only exceptions are Planetform who have been granted a Gaian Wildlife license from the BPA to legally carry them through Bretonian claimed space.
Plus it seems Rheinland also accepts Planetform as the only legal carrier of Wildlife in Rheinlandic space. Either that or RFP officers were happy with my Planetform character to transport Wildlifr but not my Zoner.
