Some good points in this thread. I would like to add, if you are managing a project as potentially fragile as Disco, when someone complains a simple "thank you for your input" is much more effective than an equally sarcastic response. Yes it sucks to be the person in charge because you get hammered on for every decision. That is the nature of positions of responsibility, rise above the petty arguing and do your job with simple, measured responses in forumspeak.
