Yoshida sighed and pressed a button electro shocking her. Her screams were loud but he continued until she finally fainted. Then he relayed a few other commands and a mechanical arm from the chair went out. The arm was holding a syringe which delivered a liquid into her neck that would send her into a sedative state. Finally the arm placed a few tiny, spherical sponges on her head.
Yoshida was now seated with his back to Siren. Then he spoke, while the computers built-in microphone would convert his words into brainwave signals.

"Siren can you hear me?"

-H... hello? Who... are you?- She sounded confused as her voice came from the terminal Yoshida is seated at instead of her lips

"I am Yoshida. Do you remember our discussion?"

-I... yeah.. Yeah, I do... where... am I?-

"What was the last thing I told you, Siren?"

For a moment, she doesn't respond, then just before Yoshida speaks again, she replies. -How come I didn't figure it out on my own?-

"Figure what on your own?"

-That.... I'm human.- Her voice is layered with defiant disbelief.

"Yes indeed. It was difficult for you to come in realization of this thing so I had to put you in an artificial coma."

-Is that why it's so dark?-

"We are on your subconscious now. You create the world around you. I am simply a voice."

-What do you mean create the world.. what.. how?- She sounded as if the wind had been knocked out of her. -I... I'm on.. Manhattan... I... how?-

"As I said. We are in your mind. This is not the real world."

-It's not.. how is this not real... I.. OH GOD!?"- Siren suddenly hides behind a large crate, two men seem to be talking across the tarmac on what looks to be a landing platform. -I'll kill that bastard.-

"Siren. Concentrate on my voice. This is not real."

-I don't care.. I'll kill him... that's the guy that forced me to kill that defenseless nurse... she was my only friend on Eureka!- The hysterical woman suddenly bursts from around the crate, running straight at the man.

Yoshida clicked a few buttons and Siren was induced with a chemical compound which creates euphoria.
"Where are you now?"

-What... how did... I... I... I'm in... Gran Canaria... I... I'm on his ship... on... Nathans.... ship.- She looks down, revealing herself to be wearing a beautiful wedding gown. -This... is my wedding day. - She says quietly as she starts to cry.

"Good." The machine now de-stimulates Siren's brain. She cannot draw pictures out of her memories anymore. "Siren do you understand that you are a human? A female?"

As the memory fades, tears form in her eyes. -Yes... I... I've known I.... am female for a long time now... I... I just thought... they made me this way... god.... why would they do this to me? I... I never did anything. They... I want them to pay!- She exclaims, tears forming in her eyes.

"I know some people who can help you exact revenge on the Agency. To make sure this does not happen to someone else. They're reliable, unlike the Rogues."

Crying now, she lowers her head. -Who... would help me...-

"The enemies of the Agency of course. Do you want to do this? To fight for that purpose instead of crying?"

-Yes... I.... Yes.- She wipes away her tears now.

"Good. That way we can keep your memories. Just not those involving Airdrie. Do you feel better now? Are you ready to wake up? Your brain functions seem to be back to normal."

After a few moments, she gives a small nod. -Yes, I'm ready to wake up... just... give me false memory of some kind please? Some way for me to remember this... I.. I don't care what is, just... something to replace the ones you will take.- She looks at her hands for a moment before closing them. -I've always felt like I have this hole inside me, and... now I know what it means.-

Slowly Siren comes to her senses. To her side there is a classified file containing information about the Rheinland Intelligence. Yoshida is not present in the room.

Looking to the left with what little amount of movement her head was now allowed, she finds that her hands are free if not for a shackle like metallic bracelet obviously there to keep her from pulling her weapons out. "Tch.. some allies." She picks up the file, and starts looking through it, her mind racing at the information she finds inside. "How... that.... that's the presidents back... at.. at one of her speeches... this is no more than 3 meters away!? " She mumbles to herself. Inside, there is also a handwritten note.
[Do you want to work for them? They know how to make LSF bleed.]
"Do you even have to ask..." She relaxes now, letting her mind wander, thoughts going through her head that she'd never been able to even imagine.
