Forging an Alliance

Kami sat waiting at his lavishly decorated desk in his lush leather desk chair. Patiently waiting the arrival of his guest he clutched a large red diamond that gleamed in the light. As he sat there he couldn't help but have the urge to spin in his desk chair. Placing the rock on his desk he then pushed his chair, spinning wildly he didn't notice that his assistants and his guest had walked into the room.
"Sir! Admiral Golanski has arrived!".
Startled Kami slipped from his chair and fell to the floor. Thoroughly embarrassed, Kami quickly grasped the side of his desk.
"Admiral Golanski! Welcome aboard the Ayakashi, I've been expecting your arrival for some time now.".
Kami then motioned to the gold embroidered leather chair in front of his desk.
"We have much to discuss today."
