Marcus ambled around the room talking quietly with everyone, often answering the same question to anyone he met. No he didn't know what this was about, yes it was curious that even the Prime Minister wasn't aware, no I really don't know what this is about. After a brief circuit of the room Lord Jarrow approached him and maneuvered him towards the entrance. He waited patiently for Jarrow to finish introductions, then found himself suddenly alone as his lordship vanished from his side. A little at a loss for conversation he rocked absentmindedly on his feet.
"Er, well it's nice to meet you. Good of you to be able to make it, can never have too much royalty in the palace eh?"

Walking into the room, guest in tow, it was clear that most of the guests had already arrived. She'd have rather not attended but the opportunity to mingle with the varies dignities provided too much of a good chance to observe and establish a few contacts with those she otherwise would not engage with. She decided to stand back and obeserve the room for a moment, watching the representatives from Bowex and Gateway interact with each other was always amusing, the antics of their employees was a constant source of interest for the BPA. Not to mention the Piett's parading around, security following, every bit the paranoid officers.
