Charlotte, who stood with the Fleet Admiral, was not really into the fancy side of being an Admiral. The thought of having to drink champagne was enough to send her dizzy. When the Queen entered the room she snapped to attention with the other Admirals and Commodores and then sprung into a sharp salute.

When James was called up she perked up, and began listening intently to her Queen. As he stood and turned around, their eyes locked. Charlotte's face leaped into a smile. She waited for him to return to the main group, she didn't want to congratulate him in front of such a large group of people. Especially with the friendship they both shared.
