Restart the RP from a clean point.
Make it a realistic court hearing, and not a battlemech-mexican-shootout bar scene, or whatever picture comes to mind at the moment.
I do not see any more options but to revert it to a prior stage and redo it properly, while agreeing to some standards, like: it is a court room. No guns. No fighting. And perhaps it is also necessary for leaders to have an oorp plan what the outcome should be and play towards it.
This whole affair has gone bad enough... time to end it. Because this helps no one.
