You seem to refuse to do what a navy is supposed to.
You ignore a "terrorist" in front of Manhattan.
You ignore an outcast next to Manhattan.
You ignore a Royal Navy IFF'd lynx.
Not only that, you also refuse to talk (not just fight against/ take prisoner/ whatever) to the guy and you go do your own thing with people with nomad guns and shells.
You claim to act with fairness and use snubs, but you logged a cau VIII solaris gunboat to chase around a xeno eagle.
You're not a navy faction since you don't act as such, and you don't deserve to go official.

First of all, thanks for the feedback. Second, I apologize for what happened.. I will handle the issue internally with the player involved, and that the issue won't happen again.
