ADDRESSEE:O'Rhu Logistic Nucleus SENDER:O'Rhu Directorate SUBJECT:Operation CITADEL CONTENT:After long discussions at the top of the Cell, coupled with increased Core and Nomad activity in our sector, the decision to strengthen our defensive capabilities has been taken. It is time now to rally up all available assets and personnel in order to start this grueling process. The goal to achieve here is more performance in defensive capabilities and a designated area for Military Nucleus. Furthermore, as we will be overhauling a great deal of the initial layout, the Station's outer plating will be also replaced with newer, more reliable materials.
