Found something a bit odd, I tested this and can confirm
I've noticed how some people have been attacked by cloaked ships, there is also a bug I found with this. When one starts cloaking and then they take any kind of JH, JG or JD into another system while still cloaking, they will appear cloaked to everyone else but to themselves they will still be visible. To test a few other things as well, while I was still cloaking (tested on a nomad first), I was able to still attack a target while still cloaking (Normal yes) but to the other person, all they were able to see was weapons fire hitting them and sometimes they didn't see fire at all but it still registered as hitting.
To farther test this, I tried on a battleship, knowing they take longer to cloak and then took a JH. I was not only invisible to the target on the other side of the JH, but for a full minute (cloaking charge), I was able to fire upon the target (normal) but because I began charge on the other side of the JH and the enemy was on the other side, I was already invisible to them, meaning I had a full 1 minute of free rain to destroy anything while I was charging my cloak.
I tried on a fighter then while cruising to a JH with an enemy in purist, I started to cloak and was not finished then I jumped. However when the person chasing me jumped, I was cloaked to them already but to myself I was still visible, I was not only able to stop, I turned and opened fire to see what was going, I not only dropped the guys shield, I got him to half hull before he could react, PMing each other back and forth till I ran out of fuel and decloaked in which then he could see me once more.
This seems to be a major bug with cloaks you might want to fix, as I'm hearing reports of people invisible but still able to attack (who are not Ally, Dev's or Admins). So just a fair heads up
