Salvager and Raba regen counts: too high?

Add those and a missile and you're set to pirate transports and be defended from snubs.

Kinda hard to pirate when you ahve no cd's wouldn't you say? As for handling off fighters and bombers tell that to the faze guys that shoot salvagers down with not so much trouble.
