Salvager and Raba regen counts: too high?

Add those and a missile and you're set to pirate transports and be defended from snubs.

Kinda hard to pirate when you have no cd's wouldn't you say? As for handling off fighters and bombers tell that to the faze guys that shoot salvagers down with not so much trouble.

Of course you get a CDer to pirate with you. For piracy I wouldn't say it's as overpowered as it is for trading, as you need someone to pirate with you for the ship to be useful. When it comes to trading however, that's mostly a solo thing where the use of a CD isn't important since you're just moving from A to B and this is why it's OP. Therefore, it still needs a nerf.
