Regarding : XA- activity in Texas

While on undercover operations today in Texas the Skip.Raider encountered an XA- Hegemon mining in the deeper radioactive scrap field while investigating . To maintain established cover I posed as a freelancer, attempting to gain information on his activities inside the system and whether or not the ship was attempting to salvage anything in particular. Unfortunately immediatley upon striking up conversation the ship attempted to flee and the decision was made to destroy it.

Shortly after this it was decided to continue patrolling the fields in order to determine whether its operation in the field was simply material gathering or if something of particular value was hidden in the field. The same pilot, piloting an identical ship was found. Once again he immediately attempted to flee and was destroyed.

It was then encountered once more in the same area, this time the decision was made to allow the ship to flee in order to follow it and learn of its destination. It then proceeded to dock on a base called Oyster Creek, a base that is legally registered within the Republic of Liberty. Its weapons platforms were hostile to my ship but allowed the XA- ship to dock. If guncam images of the other killshots is examined, it appears both of these times the ship in question attempted to flee to this installation each time. I am unsure of what is occurring on board, but at the very least this base is directly aiding in their operations in Texas.

To maintain cover, if this information is presented it should be given from the point of view of a Freelancer.
