Salvager and Raba regen counts: too high?

Now, exactly what minute percentage of the space in Sirius, or even Junker ZOI does that cover? Seriously? You're argument is about it being used for trading.

Uh, have you flown a Junker ID'd ship recently? There's so many places a Junker can dock and reach with a Salvager. A really good example actually is the Pscrap route up to Alpha. One of the biggest problems with it was that there were so many places a Junker Salvager could dock at on their way there, making it overly hard and not fun at all for their enemies to intercept them because they'd be fighting a losing battle as soon as the interaction began.

That means and a majority of the time it is not within range of a dockable base, unless it's sticking to tradelanes in which case a freighter could dock before getting killed.

As I stated above, you would be very surprised. There are many opportunities where a Junker Salvager could be intercepted however it'd be pointless because they could just reach the base before they die.

There are plenty of people getting killed in Salvagers, but you're argument is that doesn't matter because they don't know what they are doing.

If they don't know what they're doing then they are dumb. Like, the average transport pilot knows how to regen and knows how to get to the nearest base. We also have to assume that every pilot can turret steer, as it's a basic feature of the mod.

I'm sorry, but there are some people who are extremely hard to kill.....not because their ship is OP, but because they are just good pilots. Even you keep making that argument.

Those people have earned their survivability. The Salvager is a cheap ticket that makes flying it easymode for trading.
