overclocking:

1-enter youre setup

2-find where you can set the CPU voltage and freq.

3-change them

acctulay most of the CPU-s can be overclocked +20% without touching the voltage.

the current is 21x133 (=2800Mhz)

change the 133 to 162, and you will have 3.4Ghz

if you can start windows (no blue death, etc), than run a few CPU stability test (link)

for more tuning, you need to change the voltage too
