They do 0 damage to your shield, but they do massive damage to my hull.
And no, I can't dodge them in a Thor while dodging Gunboat and LF fire.
You can stand still in it in a GB, but I have to fly around, and hit the mines.
It's a legit tactic, but it's a tactic. I used tactic as well, so I don't see the problem.
I guess you mind when we use tactic to beat you, but you like it when you'r using the tactic to beat us.

He's considered retreating once he leaves your radar range, but only if you are in the same place with other people.
That means, if he's 7k from the fight, and you go 4k to the opposite direction to loose him from your radar - that does not count.
