Piracy rule revamp, more detail needed

(...) The trader is barking up the wrong tree if he insults the pirate after the encounter. It's like being set free by a gun-wielding kidnapper but throwing slurs at them whilst you're still within firing range.

The problem is if you have paid, you can't do anything - else you WILL be in danger of the sanction because that trader would go cry to admins that -you- broke rules. Not sure how it works in fact but... we need Admin opinion here.

There's a green message earlier in this thread that says this is ok.
