Oh yes, I've read it now. I believe it's like a situation between Police and a Smuggler, who paid already. However, Police char is free to fine you even more for yet another insult - if you paid already.

Is that applicable to the unlawful IDs or rather not?

IMO all sanctions should be ship striped, and 1 week ban. Then the punishment just go's up from there.

That's a very bad idea, especially if it concerns anything bigger than gunboat with CAU7. Even more if the sanction was made by mistake.
