There's already a massive ice cloud in Poole that drops Fluorine as a commodity. The issue with that is outlined above.

How is that even relevant? The point of this thread is that there is a faction that can receive a big boost from a logical and extremely simple tweak. Is the implied argument there, "this shouldn't happen until everyone else can have something too?"
