Since they are theoretically the only faction with the necessary tools to gather terraforming materials I think it makes perfect sense for Planetform to have that.

Should give them a nice boost as well.

the thing is unless you give a faction an OP trading commodity then that thing will not usually get people to play the faction.
Commodities are only an addition to the things you need to have an active faction.

I'm not arguing balance here, I'm just saying it would be kinda neat to get that into Planetform's reach by giving them more things to do. I mean the player faction has started being active and everything, we've had good encounters and they're growing quite a bit as well as working towards officialdom. A small boost like that would be neat!
